This error message may occur under the following circumstances:

 

1. XDesignerPlus was run without restarting the PC after installation.
2. XDesignerPlus was reinstalled while it was still running on the PC.

 

To resolve this issue, please restart your PC and try running the program again.
If possible, we also recommend uninstalling the existing version of XDesignerPlus before performing a new installation.
