If TOP Design Studio is damaged or not fully installed due to antivirus interference, follow the steps below to completely uninstall and then reinstall the software.

 

Step 1. Uninstall from Control Panel
1. Open [Control Panel] - [Unistanll a Program].
2. In the program list, right-click [TOP Design Studio] and select [Uninstall].

 

Step 2. Delete Remaining Folders
After uninstalling [TOP Design Studio] from Control Panel, some folders may remain.

You must delete them manually from the following locations:
-. C:Program Files (x86)M2I CorpTOP Design Studio
-. DocumentsTOP Design Studio

 

Delete the TOP Design Studio folder from both paths.

Step 3. Reboot the PC
Once all folders are deleted, restart your PC.

Step 4. Reinstall TOP Design Studio
1. If you are using an antivirus program, temporarily disable it.
2. Right-click the TOP Design Studio installer file and select [Run as administrator].
3. Follow the installation wizard to complete the setup.
