This issue occurs due to a DPI compatibility problem in the program settings.
Solution:
1. Right-click on the TDS shortcut and select [Properties].
2, Go to the [Compatibility] tab and click [Change high DPI settings].
3. Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
4. From the dropdown, select "Application".
